The problem/opportunity.  To create an e-commerce site for a brand new company in an established market on a small budget.

The solution.  By dividing the budget between design time and development time – but working to an existing ‘Shopify’ template – I was able to work closely with the lead developer to find intelligent, intuitive and on-brand solutions and still complete the project on-time and on-budget. To the CEO’s delight, in the first month of trading the site received 6,212 unique visits and over 150 orders were placed.
